Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to everything you need if you are visiting Manhattan for the first time; however, there was no welcoming service at the reception. The rooms with standard size beds were comfortable but had tiny windows overlooking dark outside spaces. The dining options were not included in the stay, and only offered some stale bread. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were good, enhancing the overall stay.
